After 6 years of living in a loft at Washburn we took the plunge and bought a house in the Minneapolis area of Kenwood/Lowry Hill. We are excited about the Mediterranean style of the home. It was built in 1925 and most recently was owned by a man named name Leo and his partner. They lived there for over 35 years. We have heard from neighbors and even the postman that Leo was a great person and once had this house looking fabulous. We hope that we can bring this house back to it's glory days. We closed on the house mid October and immediately the next day started on demo and cleaning up. We did not waste a moment!
